Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery.   • How do I place an order?
    To place an order please follow these steps: PC/Laptops/Tablets 1. Add your desired items to basket. 2. Click on ‘shopping cart’ at the top right of the screen. 3. Click view cart. 4. Select checkout with PayPal and fill out all necessary information. 5. Complete your order by accepting the terms and conditions (you can view the terms and conditions policy located at the bottom of the page). 6. Pay via Credit/Debit card or PayPal. (With certain devices you are required to select the Create an Account button, then you are permitted to pay by Credit/Debit card via PayPal Guest Checkout. 7. You will then receive a confirmation email from us stating the details of your order. Mobile Devices 1. Add your desired items to basket. 2. Click on ‘shopping cart’ at the top right of the screen. 3. Select checkout with PayPal and fill out all necessary information. 4. Complete your order by Accepting the terms and conditions (you can view the terms and conditions policy located at the bottom of the page). 5. Log into PayPal and pay via PayPal or if you are paying by Credit/Debit card select Create an Account Located at the bottom of the page. 6. Enter your Credit/Debit card details and information in the PayPal Guest Checkout. 7. Select Agree and Pay. 8. You will then receive a confirmation email from us stating the details of your order. If you are experiencing any difficulties placing your order, please contact Customer services quoting the product reference numbers for the items you wish to purchase.

  • How do I return an item?
    As long as the garment is in its original condition, you can send the item back to us within 21 days of the purchase receipt date. Prior to returning an item please email us providing details of your exchange or refund request. Please read our returns policy here for further information.
